What is quality mangement system in ISO standard? Usually the quality management system in ISO means iso 9001 standard. According to the ISO 9001 standard there are some guidelines to develop management system.
The first document is quality policy. It is a very short and one paged document. Company’s all staffs will be focused on this document. This is a declaration from the the top management. All department and all staffs should understand this policy clearly.
The second one is quality objectives. It should be set based on company’s activities. If a company is small then the objectives may be small if the company is big then department wise quality objectives can be set.
